Shipping & Return Policy

What is your shipping policy and fees?

•United States-

All orders over $30.00 are always shipped FREE!  Orders under $30.00 are $3.80 with First Class tracking.  Faster mailing options are available, if you need to have your nail strips rushed to you sooner, for an additional cost at check out. 

•Foreign Shipping-

Your items will be shipped without tracking up to 2 ounces, (if you prefer tracking it is available at the "package rate.") Per USPS guidelines anything over 2 ounces you will need to either  go up to a "package rate" with tracking, or you can make multiple purchases that are under the 2 ounce mark, to avoid going into the "package rate." Generally we recommend tracking for large purchases.  However, if your purchase is going to be a just little over the cut off of 2 ounces, then you may want to consider 2 purchases.

•Currently we have shipping set up for the USA, The UK, Canada, Australia, and Ireland.  We would love to sell to you wherever you are located. If you do not see your country on this list, but would like to buy from us, that is not a problem at all. Simply email us at colorcrushnails@gmail.com with your address and we will set up shipping in our computer for your country. We are adding more countries as we expand our customer base. 

•As of 10/1/21 The USPS has temporarily blocked shipments out of the US to Australia and New Zealand.  If you make a purchase from one of those countries, your purchase will unfortunately be refunded until this restriction is lifted, after the holiday season.

•Color Crush Nails, LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.  Please make sure you take care to accurately enter your correct mailing address.  If a package is delivered to the wrong address because you input the address incorrectly, we are not responsible, you can file a claim with USPS here Claims.

•If you prefer to use a different method of shipping than we have available on our website, please just send us an email at colorcrushnails@gmail.com and we will happily look into other shipping alternatives for you.  

Please Note: Due to Covid 19, there are current shipping delays. Color Crush Nails cannot give an exact arrival date of your package, and we are not responsible for delays. Please be patient, as some areas of the country are impacted more than others.  In addition, Color Crush Nails is not responsible for lost packages. If your order has been tracked as delivered, and it has been more than 72 hours since the occurrence, please contact USPS at www.usps.com and you can use the tracking number provided in the email we sent you upon mailing your purchase to file a claim here Claims

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. If you have any issues with your order please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to help.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are shipped from our home base in California within 3 business days. Typically we ship within 1 business day, however it can take up to 3. Orders with priority shipping with always be shipped as soon as possible. We know your time is valuable.
